Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday will be
express posted the same day and you will be provided with a tracking number.

You can request a refund for any purchase made within the past 30 days, as long as the cream has not been fully used. We offer a money-back guarantee, and it's easy to request a refund in just a few steps. Please note that creams that have been fully used are not eligible for refund. Additionally, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product.

We recommend using our core skincare line morning and night. And our Clay mask has best results when used 2 times a week. Love yourself and love your skin, by putting yourself first and using our skincare every day. You deserve this!

Yes! All our products can be purchased separately, however, we love a bargain; why not take advantage of our popular kits at a discounted price!

Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

When you place an order, you will get a confirmation email (please note this can take up to 1 working day), and then when the order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email. There is a tracking reference link on the dispatch
email which you can use to track your order on the Australia post tracking site.

Currently, we can only send orders to addresses within Australia. We hope to launch internationally soon and thank you for your support.

A refund can only be applied to an unopened, undamaged product. Please contact our team admin@skinalicious.com.au within 7
days upon receiving your order. There is no refund on shipping.

to formulate our unique ingredients for the benefit of all skin types. We
recommend checking with your GP or doing a small patch test if you are
concerned.

All our skincare is animal cruelty free, and Vegan friendly. We are enormously proud of this and completely value and love our furry friends and would not have it any

safe. If you have concerns, we recommend talking to your doctor. Our product do not contain any chemicals that will harm you or your little one.

When stored at room temperature and away from sunlight, and unopened, our products have a 3-year shelf life. Upon opening, it is recommended that you use our products within 6 months for best results.
